How File Processing Works

When you choose a PDF or image, Whiteouter reads it with JavaScript running in your browser. The file is held in browser memory while you work. When you close or refresh the page, the file is gone.

Local Storage

Whiteouter may use localStorage to remember small interface choices, such as whether an introductory hint was dismissed. This data stays on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings.
